Whether you’re purchasing for yourself or as a gift for someone special, we aim to make your ordering experience a pleasure. See below for answers to questions regarding shipping, returns, and other inquiries.

ORDERING:

You can place your order on our secure website, contact us via social media or email info@kunbikouture.com to place an order. We will send you an invoice which you can pay for via PayPal or bank transfer. We do our best to respond to each and every customer as soon as possible and within 24 hours.

Because we make pieces once, it is rare that we would restock the item unless specifically requested or if it is a very popular item. Send us an email with details of what you’d like to order, name of product, size and date of requirement etc. and we will tailor the piece to your very own! You can also decide to change your design, colour or style, visit our Made to Order page on the website for more details.

PAYMENT:

We are proud to provide a service to our customers from all over the world! All pricing on our site is in our local currency, Euro (€). If you’d like to find out how much an item is in your local currency, please change the country to your location on the top right corner of any page and the page will be refreshed to prices in your local currency.

The conversion rate you pay at the checkout would depend on your issuing credit card company being used on the transaction or whether it is PayPal.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.via PayPal and store credit in the form of e-gift codes.

ORDER PROCESSING:

If you do not receive an email from KunbiKouture within 24 hours of placing your order, and it’s not in your ‘Spam’ folder, there are several reasons why your order may have been delayed. Either:

  • the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Care via email at info@kunbikouture.com for assistance to update your order details.
  • Or your order was flagged for risk of fraud and we needed to contact you to verify your personal information. In all cases, we will reach out to you as soon as an issue is indicated, resolve the issue and proceed to shipping your items as soon as possible.

We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you “Checkout” on our website but after this point you will be unable to make changes to your order. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed via the website. In such cases, you can return the item(s) to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  1. Where items are available and are marked as ‘ready to ship’, please allow 1-2 working days for processing your item and then 2-3 working days (total – 5 working days to receive your order) for standard shipping orders within the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom (UK).
  2. For next day or selected day drop off within Co. Dublin, Ireland, please allow for up to 24 hours to process your order before it is dropped off.
  3. For orders not in Ireland or the UK, please allow up to 2 working days for processing and up to 10 working days for shipping. No shipping is offered on weekends and Holidays.
  4. For ‘made to order’ or ‘pre-order’ items, please allow 2-4 weeks after payment has cleared for your item to be made prior to dispatching your order. We will keep you updated via email on the stage of your order. 
  5. If your order consists of a mix of “made-to-order” and ‘ready to ship’ items, your order will be dispatched in one shipment, this also includes orders selected for next day or drop-off delivery. Any next day orders with pre-order items will be dispatched once the pre-order item has been delivered to our warehouse in Dublin.
  6. Kindly note shipping may be delayed by our verification team if confirmation is needed for the order.
  7. You may also view the status of your order, by logging into your KunbiKouture account. 
  8. For customers selecting Next Day or Express Shipping, please keep in mind your order must be placed before midday, 12pm (GMT) and then allow until the next evening for your order to be delivered.
  9. Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer. Up to 5 working days

SHIPPING:

Republic of Ireland:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days: €5.
  • Next Day Delivery (Dublin only): €8

 

United Kingdom:

  • 3-5 working days: €8
  • Express shipping – 1-2 days: €12

 

Other International regions (EU): 

  • Delivery costs averaging between €15 – €20 depending on the location.
  • Before the final checkout stage, shipping costs and timeframe will be shown which will be approximate and based on the weight of your products and location. At checkout, you will have a chance to decline or continue with the completion of your order.  
  • A standard or express delivery service is available for most countries we ship to.
  • We also offer FREE standard shipping on orders over €99. 
  • Your package usually takes the days estimated at checkout to arrive in your country. However in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs.
  • Please note: Kunbi Kouture is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or KunbiKouture credit once the garment is unworn, unwashed or not defective and with all of the original packaging including tags and cards. Please contact our customer service team at: info@kunbikouture.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help you.

Please note: *Items made to order or on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

 

You will receive a return a label you will need to print and provided with instructions of how to ship. Follow these instructions carefully, as you will be responsible for the shipment until we receive the items. 

*Items lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Please note: *Custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through our store.
